Twisan
Twisan
Overview
The Treif – Twisan, is an industrial dicer which consistently delivers optimal dicing results, both with frozen meat blocks and bulk material and also with fresh meat. The Treif – Twisan machine guarantees your process reliability, regardless of whether fresh meat or extremely tempered products are handled. Twisan is able to use its intelligent valtronic technology to adjust for frozen meat dicing. Twisan adapts its cutting tools if products are too cold or too hard. This is because of separate drive mechanisms for the lower grid upper grid and blade.
- The industrial dicer Twisan combines the advantages of two machines in one model.
- The standard TWISAN can be used for dicing fresh meat down to a temperature of 0°C.
- The TWISAN HD can be used for dicing blocks of frozen meat and frozen bulk material (down to -8 °C/ 17.6 °F for unprocessed meat)
- TWISAN also sets new standards in terms of hygiene. Its hygienic design is well thought out to the last detail.
- Regarding the fully automatic loading of the machine and discharging of cut products, there are numerous ways in which you can optimally tune the production process. Loading, for example, can take place via a conveyor belt or a lift-tilt device.
Unique features
There is a system for preventing product residues entering the final dicing chamber. This unit is called the PQS – Product Quality Separator, where the gridset is shielded by the PQS. This holds residual material dropping behind the wall and not in the final dicing chamber.
Treif – Twisan also sets new standards in terms of hygiene. Twisan’s hygienic design is well thought out to the last detail. The “Hygiene Plus Collection System” allow for drainage of meat juice away from meat. There are numerous ways in which you can optimally tune the production process for fully automatic loading and discharging of cut products. Loading, for example, can take place via a conveyor belt or a lift-tilt device.
